RMA Policies
- Please check for physical damage when the ordered items arrive and file a claim as soon as possible if any occurs. Any physical damage claim filed 2 weeks after products are received will not be processed.
- Please keep return product in its original package, do not damage or write on the package. Items that are returned damaged without proper packageing will not eligible for refund/credit/replacement.
- When Requesting Return Labels:
- >> Please provide a list of items needed to return with the following information:
- Model with Serial# (our products'serial# always start with KLA)
- Quantity
- Reason for return, must with print test sample. If it is a physical damage or fitment issue, please take pictures of the toner or printer error screen.
- >> Please provide the number of the return packages and weight of each package.
- >> We do not issue return labels for mistakenly ordered items. There will be no credit if the items are returned with opened packages.
- >> Please provide a list of items needed to return with the following information:
- Unless specifically told not to, any item that is not returned will not be eligible for credit or refund. If replacement is sent, charge will apply to replacement and shipping.
- Any products that are not from our factory returned will be subject for charge on disposal and return shipping.
- All products returned will be tested in our facil ity. If the result is consistent with the claim , we will issue full replacement/refund to your preference.
